A processed pseudogene of this gene has been found on chromosome 1, and an unprocessed pseudogene has been found on chromosome 10.   Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa cells, using Phospho-AURKA-T288/AURKB-T232/AURKC-T198 antibody at 1:1000 dilution.Hela cells were treated by ATP at 30℃ for 1 hour.

Describe :

Blocking peptides are peptides that bind specifically to the target antibody and block antibody binding. These peptide usually contains the epitope recognized by the antibody. Antibodies bound to the blocking peptide no longer bind to the epitope on the target protein. This mechanism is useful when non-specific binding is an issue, for example, in Western blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
