Pricing and Terms

All prices and payments are in U.S. Dollar amounts Payment terms are Net 30 days from receipt of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Past due payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Bioworld Technology at the prices that are current when orders are placed. Bioworld Technology does not agree and is not bound by any other terms or conditions that have not been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of Bioworld Technology. Sales, use, VAT and other taxes are not included in quoted prices and will be added to your invoice.
Large or bulk orders may be offered at a savings depending on quantity and frequency of purchase, or according to established agreements between buyers and Bioworld Technology. Customer can obtain special pricing or sales quotations by contacting the Customer Service or Sales&Marketing Department

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Bioworld Technology Inc, or its affiliate’s shipping facility and all products are deemed sold and delivered at such facility. Shipping and handling costs are prepaid and added to the invoice. Bioworld Technology reserves the right to select the packaging and shipping method, which will ensure the stability of product and efficient shipment tracking. If an alternate shipping method is specified, Bioworld Technology may charge a handling fee. Domestic orders normally ship by overnight air express.

Returns

Products sent or billed due to a Bioworld error may be returned for an exchange, refund, or credit. Products ordered mistakenly by customers and reported to Bioworld within 10 days may be returned for credit and subject to a 30% restocking fee per item. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Customers should contact Bioworld’s Customer Service Dept to obtain information on the correct packaging of return shipment.

Product Warranty

Products that fail to perform as expected and described in the product manual will be replaced free of charge. Additionally, any products that do not meet with the customer’s satisfactionmay also be returned for an exchange, replacement, or credit based on the type of reagent. Bioworld products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes, in vitro diagnostic purposes, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic purposes, investigational use in foods, drugs, devices, or cosmetics of any kind, or for consumption by or use in connection with or administration or application to humans or animals.

Limitation of Liability

The Bioworld satisfaction guarantee supersedes other warranties or guarantees arising by law or otherwise. Bioworld does not warrant in addition that products are fit or saleable for a
particular purpose. Under no circumstance will Bioworld Technology be held liable for loss, damage, expense, consequential, or accidental damage arising from the use of products
described in the catalog or on the company’s website. This includes damage to property, person, or premises resulting from these products. Bioworld is liable exclusively and
restrictively to replacing proven defective products.
